Vail Home Rentals takes owner and guest satisfaction very seriously. Our entire team's goal is to provide the best service in the valley. We want to insure that your investment is a success.

Here is the process we follow when taking over management of your home.

  1. Assessment
  2. Our preference is to meet with you in person to understand your goals and expectations, but we are willing to communicate with you at your convenience. We make an assessment of your property, based on your needs and the amenities of your property, giving you an idea of the revenue and occupancy you can expect.
  3. Partnership
  4. In a partnership it is important for all parties to understand expectations. We want to know what you expect from us as a management company and we want you to know what you can expect from us when you entrust your investment to us. We go over all of the details of our management agreement and fees and answer all of your questions to your satisfaction.
  5. Marketing
  6. Vail home Rentals is very aggressive in showing your property to our customers. We have a virtual tour done of your property that is added to our website as well as a complete list of the amenities specific to your property. We have strong relationships with travel partners such as the Vail Beaver Creek Central Reservations (VBCR) and always maintain one of the top 3 positions on the major search engines.
  7. Reservations
  8. Vail Home Rentals' reservation department is very concerned with a proper match. They personally talk with each guest several times to make sure they will be happy with the accommodations and you the owner would be happy to have them as your guests.
  9. Accounting
  10. You will receive a monthly statement of all activity for your property. If you have chosen our bill pay service, copies of invoices we have paid on your behalf will also be included as well as detailed work orders for any maintenance done. The statements include a year-to-date summary so you can track your position in a calendar year at any time. If you find it more convenient we can also have your rental check deposited into your account in a local bank.
